Since our first project titled Clover Apartments in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai, we have developed over 5 million sq. ft. of prime real estate with over 50 residential, commercial and retail projects including bungalow schemes and plots. We have also extended our expertise into other industries like software, renewable energy (solar and wind) and industrial warehousing.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Founded by the Tapia family in 1974, the Clover Group has been an active organization in charities and social work with the Tapia Charitable Trust (TCT), helping the under-privileged in the fields of education, medicine and poverty relief. We have undertaken an institutional project spanning over an area of 40,000 sq. ft. in the village Naigaon, Maval, Pune, in association with the Society for the Education of Challenged (SEC).
