This self-sufficient office for a computer technology firm in Pune, is a statement infrastructure with an upscale urban context. The main feature of the site is a garden located along its northern edge and the building completely opens out to the north. The design concept focuses on creating a central courtyard, which clearly demarcates the workspace and the service areas like the vertical circulation, toilets and pantry.

The program is organized vertically with the public functions located on the lower level and the more private functions on the upper floors. The front facade along the road is clad in stone as a response to the street and to reflect the strength of the company. The Workspaces and the courtyard are oriented to the north to bring in natural light and get views of the adjoining garden. The courtyard is treated like an oasis within a tight urban environment.
